Vintage Cast Metal Christmas Tree Serving Dish Wood Spreader Holiday Entertaining 7 In
✨ Cabinet Curiosity No. 413 | The Yuletide Board
Holiday entertaining always calls for pieces that balance festive whimsy with substantial weight. Rather than thin stamped tin or fragile seasonal ceramics, this two-piece host set relies on sand-cast metal and natural hardwood, bringing artisan warmth to holiday charcuterie boards, cocktail buffets, and fireside spreads.
Cast in the silhouette of a decorated evergreen bough, the tree-shaped dish measures 7 1/4 inches long by 4 1/2 inches wide. The interior features a deep relief of textured evergreen needles arranged in geometric chevron boughs, crossed by graceful cascading swags of raised beaded garland and crowned with a dimensional five-point star. Finished in an antiqued pewter and silver tone with dark recessed oxidation, the dish catches ambient candlelight with subtle metallic depth.
The accompanying appetizer spreader balances the metalwork with natural grain. Turned from blonde hardwood, the handle is framed with a continuous silver-tone milgrain beaded border that echoes the garland draped across the tree. Fitted with a curved stainless steel paddle blade, it is balanced for serving soft cheeses, whipped butter, pepper jelly, or warm dips.
A handsome two-piece host accent, this set transitions seamlessly from casual Christmas morning brunch to formal New Year's Eve entertaining.

A Note About Vintage Items & Their Little Crimes
Many of the treasures at Honeyblue Hollow come from estate sales, flea markets, and consignment shops where interesting things wait to begin their next chapter. Because they existed long before they found me, their pasts are checkered.
Vintage means used: Expect honest, authentic character consistent with age and previous love.
The Smell & Storage Factor: My workspace is pet-friendly and smoke-free. Buyers with extreme sensitivities should review the full Vintage Items & Allergens note in my Shop Announcement.
