✨ Cabinet Curiosity No. 269
Vintage 1940s/50s Camark Pottery Turquoise "Deluxe Artware" Pitcher Vase (Mold 333)
This piece tried so hard to be a mysterious, unbranded estate sale enigma. It sat there looking aloof, whispering about how nobody truly knew its origins.
Unfortunately for its covert operation, it forgot one critical detail: it had a massive, glittering gold foil sticker stuck directly to its chest like a nametag at a mandatory corporate mixer ("HELLO, MY NAME IS CAMARK").
Cat's out of the bag, buddy.
Crafted by Camark Pottery in Camden, Arkansas under mold number 333, this piece is part of their 1940s "Deluxe Artware" line. It features a shell-fluted body, a wide dramatic spout, and a curled scroll handle that looks like a 19th-century villain twirling his mustache.
While it is technically shaped like a pitcher, do not under any circumstances attempt to pour actual cow's milk or Thanksgiving gravy out of this thing. It is pure mid-century ceramic theatricality. If you try to use it for actual kitchen duties, it will laugh in your face and splash liquid all over your rug out of sheer spite.
Display it high on a shelf where its glossy robin's-egg aqua finish can reign supreme.

A Note About Vintage Items & Their Little Crimes
Many of the treasures at Honeyblue Hollow come from estate sales, flea markets, and consignment shops where interesting things wait to begin their next chapter. Because they existed long before they found me, their pasts are checkered.
Vintage means used: Expect honest, authentic character consistent with age and previous love.
The Smell & Storage Factor: My workspace is pet-friendly and smoke-free. Buyers with extreme sensitivities should review the full Vintage Items & Allergens note in my Shop Announcement.
Curated for Modern Nerds & Old Souls.
