Vintage 1990s Crystal Clear Studios Frosted Santa Glass Platter (13.5 Inch)
You pile twenty-four freshly baked iced sugar cookies onto this platter for a holiday party. You step into the kitchen for three minutes to grab fresh napkins. You come back, eighteen cookies are mysteriously gone, and you are left staring directly into Santa's frosted glass eyes.

Made in Indonesia during the mid-1990s by Crystal Clear Studios (Style No. 312/156), this massive 13.5-inch serving platter is sculpted from heavy clear glass. The underside features a high-relief embossed Santa Claus with a frosted white beard and mustache, flushed rosy red cheeks, and a metallic crimson hat complete with holly berries. Because the center portrait is raised from the back, the top surface remains smooth, shiny, and ready to hold an entire bakery's worth of holiday treats.
It is 1990s nostalgia at its absolute finest, heavy enough to double as a home security device, and built to survive another thirty years of Christmas dessert tables.
