Vintage Cast Brass Singing Bird Trivet Round Openwork Tree Branch Hot Pad Plant Stand
$27.90 $31.00
✨ Cabinet Curiosity #188: The Endless High C
Curated for modern nerds and old souls.
Most songbirds rest when the sun goes down. Not this guy. This brass wren has been frozen mid-aria with its beak wide open, holding a majestic high C for roughly forty years without taking a single breath break.
Cast in solid brass with an openwork tree branch design, this little vocalist was built to handle serious heat. Whether supporting a piping hot cast iron skillet, an ornate teapot, or a favorite potted houseplant, it elevates your cookware while bringing maximum cottagecore charm to your countertops.
The brass carries a rich, warm patina with just enough authentic tarnish and darkening in the recessed branches to give it incredible depth. It sits proudly on three solid peg feet, ready to serve as a functional kitchen workhorse or a permanent desk accent for bird lovers.
Item Type: Round Cast Brass Openwork Trivet / Hot Pad / Plant Stand.
Design Motif: Dimensional Songbird Perched on Tree Branches inside a Circular Frame.

Because these items have lived past lives, they arrive with authentic character consistent with their age and previous use. The items have been cleaned and freshened whenever safe, but their original environments remain unknown. Since scent perception is subjective, buyers with extreme sensitivities may choose to give items a light wipe upon arrival.
