Back when a laptop weighed approximately the same as a small Buick, Coach apparently decided it deserved a proper bag.
This is a vintage 2001 Coach Transatlantic Messenger Bag, style 6411, made in black textile with genuine black leather trim and silver-tone hardware. It is understated, wonderfully utilitarian, and very much from that early 2000s era when Coach could make something practically indestructible without covering every square inch of it in logos.
The interior Coach creed is stamped No. K15-6411, dating this particular bag to October 2001. The creed also identifies it as handcrafted in China and trimmed with genuine leather.
What I particularly like about this one is how little it screams for attention. No giant monogram. No billboard-sized logo. Just black-on-black Coach, leather, hardware, and a very good shape. It is equally believable carried as a work bag, laptop bag, school messenger, or everyday crossbody.

Great vintage, pre-owned condition. At roughly 25 years old, this utilitarian piece has naturally lived a life and features light surface marks to the textile, as well as minor scuffing and character-building variation to the leather trim and high-contact edges. The interior remains quite clean overall from inspection. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they represent the exact bag you will receive.
